When Faced with a Situation that heightens Your Insecurity or Self Doubt, practise this Exercise:
• Stand firmly on the floor.
• Keep your feet grounded on the floor and the rest of your body will follow suit.
• Focus on your toes and clenching and then releasing them.
• Then allow your shoulders to drop and push them back.
.Pull an imaginary string up from the top of your head - this lengthens your neck and pulls your head and your chin up.
• Focus your eyes - straight ahead or at 45 degrees - but not downcast on the ground
• Inhale to the count of three, hold your breath, exhale to the count of three.
• Repeat until you feel yourself in a Cool, Confident and Calm place.
